The first ship is the "Admiral Scheer", behind her the "Graf Spee".

Closest ship is Admiral Graf Spee, identified by the von Spee family crest at the bow, the mast just aft of the funnel, the single searchlight in front of the tower with "Coronel" plaque below and prominent upper edge of side-belt. Behind is Admiral Scheer and next, Deutschland.

Indeed, the ship in front is ADMIRAL GRAF SPEE, followed by ADMIRAL SCHEER and DEUTSCHLAND, seen from onboard GNEISENAU on 22.081938 (launching of PRINZ EUGEN and visit of Horthy).
