Trygve Brudevoll

Information from Edvard Bjørge: The man to the left on this picture is Trygve Brudevoll. Trygve organised most of the medical/san transports made by the Red Cross in and around the area of Gjøvik. They refurbished two busses and a couple of vans to medical vheicles. This was basicly the only medical units operating on both sides from the Gjøvik Hospital. One can just guess that it involved some degree of danger doing so. This picture is probably taken by a german soldier on one of these operations. Mr Brudevoll and his crew got good feedback from both the Norwegian and the German Army..
