That is "Prinz Eugen" at the end of the "Channel Dash", February 1942. In front is the "Admiral Scheer".

One week after Operation Cerberus, on February 20, 1942, Prinz Eugen and Admiral Scheer departed Germany for Norway. The 20mm Flakvierling on the stern deck of Prinz Eugen is an army mount bolted directly to the wooden deck.
