Heinkel He 111 5J+HM 19.04 1940

Flyet ble nødt til å foreta en nødlanding på Mjøsa etter et oppdrag som muligens kan ha inbefattet bombingen av Rena. Det ble gjort forsøk på å redde flyet, men det gikk ikke. Flyet sank.

I 1948 ble nesten hele flyet hevet. En av vingene brakk imidlertid av under forsøket og ligger fortsatt på bunnen av innsjøen.
